Abstract

The aim of the study is to figure out the moderating role of psychological capital in the effect of organizational justice on organizational commitment. The model of the study was developed for this purpose. In this research, empirical field study was conducted by making use of quantitative research technique. Questionary technique was used for data collection. Questionary was conducted in 2019. In this study, analysis of demographic variables, normality analysis, factor and reliability analysis, correlation analysis and finally regression analysis are included. According to the results of the research, it is seen that organizational justice has an impact on organizational commitment. It is also concluded that psychological capital moderates the relationship between organizational justice and organizational commitment.
