Abstract

The most important issue to be concerned about, especially in terms of multidisciplinary artists, is to create a plastic language unique to the understanding of art. It has been seen from the studies that the artists who occupy an important place in the history of art with their unique understanding of their kind and at the same time produce a synchronic or consistency concern among the disciplines. It is especially important in plastic arts that plastic language, which is created consistent with artistic understanding, manifests each of the multidisciplinary productions or separately. This study was carried out on the basis of the relationship and interaction between them by comparing the preferred artistic understanding and the preferred plastic language and the techniques and materials required by this language in the periodical or individual art samples examined. In this way, it has been deciphered how the artistic approach of all kinds of artistic approaches necessitates a kind of artistic production language, technique and material, as well as how attitudes that multi-disciplinary artists exhibit in order to ensure the consistency required by their understanding in interdisciplinary productions. At the end of this deciphering work, the relation between artistic understanding and artistic practice was revealed to the individuals who remain ambiguous at first sight in the interdisciplinary working practices of today's multi-artistic artists, whether independent or in combined multidisciplinary studies.
