In the study, the problems faced by Bosniaks who returned to Bosnia Republika Srpska were analyzed through concrete examples. Returns were important in two ways. One was for the humanitarian and the other was for the continuity of the state of Bosnia and Herzegovina as a whole. Besides the difficulty of the economic conditions, ethnic discrimination applied to them by the current local government is among the most important problems.. On the other hand, the problems faced by Bosniak refugees living in refugee camps, which are experiencing the deep effects of the war, are shown in concrete examples. It appears that it is not able to form a serious strategy for refugees living in BiH refugee camps. This caused the returns to remain at a very low level. Ethnic discrimination includes many dimensions including combating security and economic conditions. Many returning Bosniak refugees faced problems such as security and shelter besides poor economic conditions.
