Rapid changes in the 21st century encourage innovation and development It is seen that the success of organizations by adapting to this situation depends on the attitudes of their employees towards the new situation. The leader undertakes the task of creating these attitudes and guiding people by creating a common vision and mission in organizations. This orientation to be made on behaviors points to transformational leadership characteristics. This leadership, especially based on the leader-audience relationship; It contains qualifications that make inquiries about the situation in order to direct employees, arouse the desire to act in the employees by recognizing the needs and tendencies and maintain this by providing motivation. The purpose of this study is to reveal the bibliometric analysis of the studies on "Transformational Leadership" scanned in TR DIZIN. The sub-goal related to this purpose is to provide a quantitative and qualitative perspective to the researchers who will do research on this subject. When this issue until now has been found that screening studies were conducted in 2003. The first study in Turkey. The last study was conducted in 2020. The aim of the bibliometric analysis method is to obtain data from the number of authors, the number of journals, the subject and the information about the publication of the documents published with mathematical and statistical techniques. In this study, the results such as the distribution of the studies by years, the institutions and authors with the most citations in total, the authors who published the most articles, the most published journals were reported and interpreted.
