This study covers the ranking of countries in the brittle five group, taking advantage of health indicators between 2015-2019 and was created by the TOPSIS, Technique for order Preference by Similarity to ideal solution method. The health indicators to be used during the investigation of the problem are considered assessment criteria and are manufactured from data that can positively represent the decision issue and can generate indicators within these countries. Variables such as health expenditure per person (USD), fertility rate, infant mortality rate (deaths/1000 live births), number of beds per thousand, number of nurses per thousand, number of doctors per thousand, expected life expectancy in the birth and life expectancy at the age of 65 were considered and examined as health indicators in this study. As a result of this study, the list of countries in the fragile five groups as part of the health indicators was as follows: Brazil, Turkey, South Africa, India and Indonesia. The work is intended to contribute positively to the process in order to plan and implement the health policies and strategies of the specified countries.
