In this study, the role of e-municipality applications in local governments in Turkey is analysed and it is revealed that e-municipality applications have an impact on increasing local government performance. The study reveals that e-municipality applications, which are becoming more widespread day by day, aim to provide more effective and faster services to citizens. In this context, these applications enable local governments to manage their operational processes more efficiently, strengthen their decision-making processes and increase their management performance. The results indicate that the dissemination and development of e-municipality applications can provide a significant transformation in local government services.
