In the study, the effect of mobbing, which has been frequently examined, especially on education, health and bank employees, on the performance of bank employees is discussed within a certain discipline. For this reason, first of all the definition, historical development and types of mobbing concept are focused on. Secondly, the works and assumptions about mobbing in our country are emphasized. Finally, the last section, which deals with the impact on the performance of bank employees, which is our main subject, has two titles called results and measures for itself. In the conclusion part, the way mobbing affects bank employees is examined in the context of individual, social and institutional dilemmas and serious health problems
